FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Once you fill out our free trial form, we will give you a call to learn about your office needs. Based off this, we will schedule a time to pop into your office, slice up some fruit/snacks and leave some behind for your employees to enjoy. If the trial goes well, we can look at continuing, if not, at least you gave us a shot!
Do you have any contracts?
No, our service is month to month, you can cancel whenever you like! We require 48 business hour advance notice to pause a delivery.
Can you deliver more than 300 fruit servings?
YES! We work with companies from 10 employees to 5,000. Ask us about a larger order for your office.
How do you bill?
We bill customers on a monthly basis, on the 5th of the month. Invoices reflect what will be delivered within that month, i.e. October 5th invoice reflects October deliveries. Our preferred payment method is credit card or ACH. Monthly invoices are based on an annual average cost, meaning the customers invoice will remain consistent month-to-month. An email confirmation will always be sent to the customer after an order is processed and paid.
Do you have delivery fees?
We have a $6.29/week service charge that includes all hand selection of fruit, delivery, stocking and rental of our small fruit fridge or baskets. Requesting a specific delivery day/time other than our recommended day is subject to an extra delivery fee.
How does delivery work?
First we determine a package that fits your office size and needs. Then, we come in like clockwork weekly, twice a week, or daily to hand deliver and stock your products right where you want them. We leave no waste behind and organize products to make your kitchen look great!
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not have any long-term contracts so service cancellation is easy. As we bill on a monthly basis, we just ask that the customer finishes out the month they have been billed for. We require 48 hour advance notice to pause or skip a delivery.
ThirdLeaf is closed between Christmas Day and New Years Day. Because most offices are closed this week anyway, we have decided that pausing delivery is what makes sense. We do not offer refunds for service missed. Thank you for understanding and supporting small, local business.
